110a The Affordable Housing Design Advisor includes a variety of tools and resources designed to help developers of affordable housing understand the design process and improve the design quality of their own projects.

Tools - forms, checklists, and worksheets - have been created specifically for the Design Advisor and usually accompany a specific step in the 20 Steps to Quality Design.

Resources - documents, handbooks, manuals, etc. - have been developed by other organizations and are included in the Advisor with permission. They typically expand on and add depth to specific issues being discussed within the Advisor.
